The final round of session acceptances or rejections or the Connecticut Music Educators Association (CMEA) 78th Annual In-Service Conference, to be held March 26–28, 2026, at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford has now gone out.

Important Information for Accepted Presenters:
All presenters whose sessions are accepted will be required to register for the conference. Further details will be provided in the acceptance notification or shortly thereafter.
CMEA provides a screen, power cart, and VGA cables. Presenters must provide their own laptop, adapters, and projector.
CMEA provides music stands, piano, concert band drum, and timpani for groups with demo ensembles. Presenters must supply any other equipment needed,
