Noah Fields, Student Affairs Commission Chair

Noah Fields is the Director of Choral Music at Tolland High School as well as the Director for their school musicals. He attended the University of Connecticut, where he studied voice, piano, and education. Noah Fields graduated in 2017 with a B.A. in Music and a B.S. in Education. In 2018, he graduated from the University of Connecticut with an M.A. in Education with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction. In 2023, he received a certificate in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education. While in high school, CMEA Regional and All-State Festivals provided him with eye-opening experiences. He is very passionate about continuing to provide these opportunities to all students so they can also experience the joys of making music that he did. Noah has been the Eastern Region High School Mixed Choir Chair since 2020 and has assisted in various roles at All-State Festivals and this year’s Eastern Division Conference. He would like to thank John Abucewicz for his mentorship and for allowing Noah to shadow him for the last few years. He hopes to continue to build upon all the excellent work John has created and fostered as the Student Affairs Commission Chair.
