Welcome Exhibitors!
We look forward to welcoming you to the NAfME Eastern Division Conference in Hartford, CT, April 24-27, 2026. We have an exciting conference planned. This year, we anticipate 800-1,000 attendees from throughout the Northeast. We will also have over 700 students in six different ensembles. Educators, students, and parents attending the conference can visit the exhibits!

Exhibit Hours

Thursday, April 24, 2025. 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Friday, April 25, 2025. 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday, April 26, 2025 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
During the exhibit area’s opening hours, an attendant must be responsible for each display. Guard service will be provided when the exhibit area is closed and locked.
SET UP TIME
Thursday, April 24th – 6:30 AM- 1 PM
Exhibit Space Rates
Booths are 10’x10′. Each booth will receive free WiFi.
Two chairs and table covers will be included in each booth.
Decorating, furniture rental, and power orders must be arranged and purchased separately. Information will be sent after your registration is completed and paid.

Exhibit space is reserved at a flat rate per exhibit space:
$800 per space for commercial enterprises
$750 per space for colleges/nonprofits
Four representatives per organization are included with your registration—additional badges at $100 each.

Exhibit Services Information
Internet – WIFI access is included free of charge to our exhibitors this year!
Electrical/Audio Visual – Exhibitors may order these services directly through the CT Convention Center.
CMEA does not handle any electrical/AV arrangements.
Shipping and Loading Dock – Shipping is handled by Demers through the CTCC business center.
Exhibitors may load/unload themselves at the loading dock if their vehicle is 14 feet or less, end to end. Please notify CMEA if you will need to bring a larger vehicle. Exhibitors may also unload in the attached parking garage if lighter loads. Loading Dock Directions
