We look forward to welcoming you to the Annual CMEA In-Service Conference in Hartford, CT, March 26-28, 2026. We have an exciting conference planned. This year, we anticipate around 400 attendees from throughout the Northeast. We will also have more than 550 students across five ensembles. Educators, students, and parents attending the conference can visit the exhibits!

Hours of Operation
During the exhibit area’s opening hours, an attendant must be responsible for each display.
SET UP TIME
Exhibit space is booked by 6-foot increments, with one 6-foot draped table and two chairs provided per space. The exhibit area is a large pre-function area located in front of the Grand Ballroom. It is carpeted. Wifi will be available for all exhibitors.
Power orders must be arranged and purchased separately. Information will be sent once your registration is complete and payment is received.

Two Representatives per organization are included with your registration; additional badges are $50 each.
