The Connecticut Music Education Association is pleased to be back IN PERSON for our annual All-State In-Service Conference on March 31-April 2, 2022 at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford. This annual event features keynotes and featured performances, many conference sessions and concert hour performances, and is attended by veteran and pre-service music educators from around the state and neighboring states. Also in attendance are over 1000 students participating in our annual All-State and Elementary Honors Festivals, held concurrently with the conference. These highly musically motivated students as well as their parents and teachers have the opportunity to visit the exhibits! Questions? An attendant must be in charge of each display during the hours the exhibit area is open. Guard service will be provided when the exhibit area is closed.

Exhibit Space Rates
Exhibit space is booked by 6 foot increments with one 6′ draped table and two chairs are provided per space. The exhibit area is a large pre-function area located in front of the Grand Ballroom. It is carpeted.
Exhibit space is reserved at a flat rate per exhibit space:
$250 per space for commercial enterprises
$200 per space for colleges/non profits
Two representatives per organization are included with your registration. You may purchase up to two additional badges at $50. each. Please note that a maximum number of four representatives may be registered to represent your firm or institution.

Exhibit Services Information
Internet – WIFI access is included free of charge to our exhibitors this year!
Electrical/Audio Visual – Exhibitors may order these services directly through the CT Convention Center.
CMEA does not handle any electrical/AV arrangements.
Shipping and Loading Dock – Shipping is handled by Demers through the CTCC business center.
Exhibitors may load/unload themselves at the loading dock if their vehicle is 14 feet or less, end to end. Please notify CMEA if you will need to bring a larger vehicle. Exhibitors may also unload in the attached parking garage if lighter loads. Loading Dock Directions
CMEA publishes two printed program books for this event. The Conference Program Guide is distributed to all conference attendees and the All-State Concert Program, distributed to the over 2000 attendees at the concert. Additionally, there is also the opportunity to promote your brand by adding your logo to our Conference App’s scrolling banner. Program Advertising Deadline: Order and Artwork by March 8, 2022.
