Important 2019-20 Western Region Dates:
 
Audition registration deadline: October 18th, 2019 (school SAF fees need to be paid prior to registration or school is blocked from making entires)
Audition payment postmark: November 1, 2019 
Audition Date: November 16th at New Fairfield HS
Festival participation payment postmark: December 20th, 2019
Festival date: January 17-18, 2020 at Greenwich HS
(Festival Snow dates 1/25 & 1/26)
 
All-State: April 2-4, 2020
All-State Auditions: 2/8/2020 (snow date 2/15/20)
All-State Audition registration deadline: January 3, 2020
All-State Audition payment postmark: January 17, 2020
All-State Festival Participation Fees due March 6, 2020
 
Teachers who fail to meet the Regional auditions deadline may register students on-site the day of auditions. However, the on-site auditions fee is $50 per student, which may be billed to the school or paid for on-site, day-of. There is no on-site registration for All-State auditions.
