After you finish judging, complete the form below that corresponds to the audition you judged. Do this no later than one day after the judging period ends.

You will be asked to upload your completed scratch sheets on this form. Please label your files using your last name, part judged and region. If you are judged for more than one region audition, you must complete a form for each event and upload the scratch sheets accordingly.

Honorarium will not be issued until this form and your scratch sheets have been received. Payment is based at $4 per student adjudicated. Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your check before contacting the CMEA office (executive@cmea.org).
